Binge eating does not only affect the person’s physique, but mental and emotion as well. Binge eaters will keep on eating without control, sometimes having a go a few thousands of calories at one sitting in a day. This is because the fact that most binge eaters start because they turn to food for comfort as a way to work out their problems, which is unhealthy. They’ll eat until they feel sick and bad about themselves. Later on, they may result to extreme dieting for few days, constraining themselves from any food and calories - practically starving themselves. They would also probably get on a very strict and vigorous exercise routine in order to stay on the same weight.
