How To Lose Tummy Flab and The Weight


Very little time for exercises and bad eating habits are only some of the reason as to why a person find it hard to lose weight, and specially in losing those flabby tummy fats. However, take note that not only exercise and bad eating habits, you should also learn what’s the cause to flabby stomach and a little bit of more about your type of body.

Our stomach is one of the most problematic areas when it comes to fat. I think most people would agree to this. It’s hard to loose it even though it’s not impossible. One thing for sure is that it won’t happen overnight and it will probably takes a lot of discipline and determination to get your tummy in shape.

Where did this flabby tummy fats come from?

The answer is quite simple - fats and unwanted and undesirable elements that our body keeps. Aside from the fats surrounding our waist, there are also fats and other unfavorable residual elements from the food that we eat exist in our colon. These elements are not being discharged from our body and causes bulging condition of the tummy and can over time, lead to other health problems. Regarding the fats around our waist, the best way to lose those is only through certain appropriate exercises like crunches, squeezing your tummy and exercising using your stomach muscles and proper sit-ups.

Therefore, it is suggested that you should start get your colon cleansed. There a few foods that generally helps in doing so like herbs, ginger, spices, papaya and food that’s high in fiber. A clean colon will increase efficiency and the body’s ability to metabolize food, and more important is that the toxin and unwanted waste in our body is being flushed out of our system totally. Other than that, you should also remember to drink a lot of warm plain water to help in your digestion and in the process of cleaning your colon.

It is rather easy to know if you are having too much of an excess fats around your tummy and waist. Take up your waist measurement and divide it by your hip measurement. If your ratio is between 0.85 to 0.95, indicates that you have moderate flabby tummy and if it’s more than that, it means you have too much excess fats and in a threatening position of getting health problems. You might want to start thinking of losing some fat on that specific area.

    You may go to some paid gym to do some body exercise. Gym is a good place because there are instructors who will guide you in performing some exercises.
